Wyomissing business owner gives 95-year-old building a face-lift

Beautician Cari F. Nelson, 53, Wyomissing, believes there is a positive energy when clients enter Wyomissing Hair Studio.She made renovations to the 95-year-old building at 948 Penn Ave. to create a more inviting entryway, but Nelson believes that’s only a piece of the story. “It’s all about the energy here from the moment you walk in the door,” Nelson said. “I’m not sure where it comes from but I believe it has something to do with the fact that there has been so much creativity here over the past 45 years. There is definitely a positive energy.”
