No Refund Policy

At the Wyomissing Hair Studio, we pride ourselves on providing you with exceptional service and customer care. We do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the services you receive upon your visit, but we do not issue refunds of monetary value on services.
If you have any questions or concerns about the service(s) you received at the Wyomissing Hair Studio, please notify the salon within (2) business days. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the Wyo Hair Studio so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you at no cost – within 14 days from the initial service.

Service Deposits

 As a new guest, in order to reserve an appointment for color, chemical treatment and all extension services at the Wyomissing Hair Studio, you will be required to secure your appointment reservation with a $100 deposit. This deposit will be placed on a gift card to be used to pay for your services after your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if there is no given notice of appointment cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice to change your appointment at the Wyomissing Hair Studio. If you cannot keep your appointment, call the salon to reschedule immediately.
